ADIB introduces appointment-only process for Ajman Land Department transactions

ADIB has updated its workflow for Ajman property transactions in line with new Ajman Land Department procedures. The shift is operational, not financial — but it changes timelines materially if you do not plan for it.

What changed

Three things to know:

• All ADIB customers transacting at the Ajman Land Department must book an appointment in advance via the official portal.
• Customers must share the appointment confirmation with ADIB Sales before visiting the department.
• Appointments and release cases must be completed by 10:15 AM on working days — the Ajman Land Department portal does not accept cases submitted after this time.

Who this affects

Ajman buyers using ADIB financing — both first-time purchasers and refinancers releasing existing security. The 10:15 AM cut-off is the practical headline: any case not lodged by then rolls to the next working day, which can extend handover by 24–48 hours.

What to do next

If you have an Ajman transaction with ADIB in flight, book the appointment as early in the day as possible and forward the confirmation to your relationship manager the same day. Build in one extra working day of buffer to your handover plan.
