ADIB introduces appointment-only process for Ajman Land Department transactions
ADIB has updated its workflow for Ajman property transactions in line with new Ajman Land Department procedures. The shift is operational, not financial — but it changes timelines materially if you do not plan for it.
What changed
Three things to know:
- All ADIB customers transacting at the Ajman Land Department must book an appointment in advance via the official portal.
- Customers must share the appointment confirmation with ADIB Sales before visiting the department.
- Appointments and release cases must be completed by 10:15 AM on working days — the Ajman Land Department portal does not accept cases submitted after this time.

Who this affects
Ajman buyers using ADIB financing — both first-time purchasers and refinancers releasing existing security. The 10:15 AM cut-off is the practical headline: any case not lodged by then rolls to the next working day, which can extend handover by 24–48 hours.
What to do next
